Positive: Great having breakfast included. Staff were friendly and everything is clean. It’s on the edge of town and quiet but it’s still easy to walk to everything. The pool is great at the end of the day. They arranged laundry for us for a good price.

Negative: It is quite dated. Both our window catches were broken.

Summary: Convenient stopover on the edge of town.

Positive: While being stuck in Coron due to a Tyhpoon we stayed in Charms hostel. The hospitality of the charms hotel crew was incredible and they did everything they could to improve our stay. They even supplied us with fresh baked goods when our flight was cancelled and we returned to the hotel once again. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative: would love to stay there on a sunny day ha-ha

Positive: Lovely stay at the Charms Hotel! Our room was perfect for us, cleaned, fresh bedding/towels,water/coffee daily and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The pool was amazing too, nice and clean. Freshly cooked complementary breakfast was delicious every morning and they even pre made it for us when we were checking out early in the morning! Definitely recommend to stay here!

Negative: It was a shame lunch and dinner wasn’t available at the cafe due to having no chef available at the moment as the breakfast was so delicious!! We would have loved to try the menu!

Positive: The staff was incredible. On this level it is one of my best experiences. They were kind , helpful, polite. They upgrade me in the middle of the week for free. One of them recognized me on the street and drove me to the hotel on her personal vehicle.
